Commission Info

Please read and agree with Terms of Service before commissioning me.

I. Working Process

You need to send me your detailed character design and references. I DO NOT accept any form of generative AI as reference
I will start working on the sketch. You can ask for revision max. 3 times.
After we agreed with the final sketch, I will start working on it after you fully paid the commission.
No refund after the agreed final sketch.
I will work on your commission around 2-4 weeks depends on my schedule. If you have a deadline for your commission, please let me know at the start so we can talk about it.
I don’t take rush fees.
I will keep you updated with the WIPs.
I will send the finished work via email. You will receive 2 PNG of the final artwork, one with watermark, and one without.

Unless agreed on otherwise, all commissioned artworks are for personal use only, such as: roleplay, profile picture, social media banner, wallpaper, etc. VTuber/PNGtuber related use are considered as commercial use.
Commercial use will be charged 2-5 times (or more) of the original price.
Mass production and distribution of the commissioned artwork is prohibited without commercial agreement with me. (example: making and selling merchandise of the commissioned artwork)
You are allowed to make a poster, photocard, keychain, acrylic standee, or any goods with the commissioned artwork as long as you; (1) ask my permission first, (2) make it in small quantity, (3) using it for personal use only or oshikatsu, (4) not selling the goods, (5) kindly show me the picture of the goods you make, (6) provide clear credit to me.

All artworks produced by me will always be mine. I have the right to post or publish them on my portfolio and social media. You must provide clear credit to me when uploading commissioned art.
Do not claim my artworks as your own.
Do not remove or edit my artist signature or watermark in commission.
Do not edit the commissioned artworks.
Do not use my artwork as base for other illustrations that are not made by me.
All my produced artwork cannot be used as NFT or any blockchain related technologies.
All my produced artworks cannot be used for or to train AI.
